Overall, a great place! If you spend any time in Buda, you should check out the library. It's nothing big or fancy and elaborate, but in my opinion, that's exactly how a small-town library should be.
I grew up in Buda and recently moved back to my hometown with my wife and baby. I remember going to the library as a kid, and coming back in after who knows how many years was like stepping into a memory! It's just like I remember as a kid, except everything seems shorter and closer together than my little eyes saw them.
The library is a great place to go for a quiet time. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's still a small town library, even if Buda isn't such a small town anymore. There are computers for public use, and a great number of books for such a small library. There's a kids corner with books and toys and chairs. They have story time there during the week where they read to the kids. Haha that's nothing new, I remember going to it as a kid! There are also some tables and a few desks if you want to bring your own computer. There is wifi, but it's open, no password to log on, just a policy acceptance page.
Nive staff.Good Selection of books for all readers as well as Books in Audio. Also Fax and computers available.
