Out of all salon's I've used in past year's this one is by far the best. Great customer service, clean, extremely friendly, and greatly appreciate the personal touch of intrest and honest input offered to me in relation to my hair appointment procedures. Love, love this salon the drama that used to be here is gone, of course this didn't prevent me from coming to my favorite ladies Marina and Shana great stylists and colorists but now the atmosphere is even better. Definitely recommend it.
I got my hair cut here twice, the first time i had a older woman cut my hair and it was super cute, the second time there was a different woman who cut it. It looked like nothing close to the picture way to short. So when i got home i had to give it a completely different style for it to look ok.
As a truck driver, I've had my hair cut at Smart Styles all across the country. I had one of my best hair cuts here by Nicole Jackson. Timing may have had something to do with it, as it was a slow Tuesday afternoon, so she was able to take her time. Nicole was meticulous, and asked for my input a couple of times during her service, making sure she was doing exactly what I wanted.
