Called ahead of time to view availability and the representative that answered just said he'd transfer me to front desk. After a brief hold, I asked the front desk rep to see what mid-size vehicles he has and told me to call after 1:30 since he was with a customer. If you were busy with a customer, why bother answering the phone?
We have rented at this location before with no problem. But today was the worse experience I've had at a business ever. I will never rent from them again. I will also tell everyone I know about my experience.
I was hesitant to rent a car here because of the reviews I read but I don't know how people got that opinion of this place. The people were nice and friendly and the service was extremely fast. I would definitely use this place again.
Rented a car to pick up at this location and when we got there - too late to make other plans - they had no inventory available. Left us in a bind - won't trust Enterprise again.
